I rarely write reviews, but my recent stay at Hotel Lotus in Danang was so terrible that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place is a complete disaster.. We repeatedly asked the staff to clean the room, but no matter how many times we requested it, nothing was done. It’s like they simply didn’t care. At this moment we still have dirty dishes in the room. When we asked to speak with the manager, they bluntly refused. The door key didn't work, we had to be escorted to our room and that would have been their acceptable solution instead of giving us a key that actually works. This hotel seems to have no regard for customer service or cleanliness. I honestly can’t understand how it has any positive reviews. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else.
The hotel was nearby many restaurants and spas so it is very convenient and has a nice view of the beach. The hotel staff was very accommodating and welcoming, Helen helped and assisted us throughout our stay here. The room we stayed in was clean and working well.
처음 베트남 와서 걱정이 많았는데 호텔이 무척 깨끗하고 수압도 좋았고 직원분들이 매우 친절했습니다 조식도 메뉴가 다양하고 맛있었어요 헬렌 매니저님 매우 친절하고 좋았어요
가족5명이 묵느라 커넥션룸있는 골든로터스 호텔로 선택했는데 아주 좋았습니다~! 한국어 응대가능한 직원분(헬렌)도 계시고 다른 직원분들도 마주칠 때마다 친절하게 응대해주셔서 기분 좋았어요~! 추천해요!
