ROOM BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
After reviewing the room information provided on our website, customers can book a room in one of the following two ways:
Method 1: Call us directly for faster consultation and accurate room availability information.
Method 2: Visit our address listed on the website to book in person.
Check-in time:
Check-in from 2:00 PM (Early check-in depends on room availability and may incur additional charges).
Check-out time: Before 12:00 noon.
Note: Additional services outside the included package will be charged according to our standard pricing policy.
Payment Methods
When you book a room, our booking system will send a confirmation email. You are required to make payment before the due date through one of the following methods:
1. Online Payment via Bank Card
(ATM or International Credit/Debit Cards)
This is a fast and convenient method for guests who wish to book in advance.
2. Offline Payment via Credit Card
When online payment is not available, we will send you a Credit Card Authorization Form. Please fill in the required details, sign the form, and return it along with:
If you wish to use the provided card for payment, we will charge it on the due date. You must bring the card with you and present it at check-in for verification.
If not, you will need to pay using a different card or cash. We will refund the amount previously charged to your original card, which may take up to 21 working days.
If you wish to use another card for payment, please inform us in advance. We will not charge the original card but may hold an amount equal to the booking value on it until payment is received.
In case of no-show (guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date), we reserve the right to charge the full booking amount from the provided card, which is non-refundable.
Important: The cardholder must be the guest who stays.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking if complete information is not provided or we do not receive a response by the due date.
3. Payment via Bank Transfer
This method is suitable for guests who do not wish to use a bank card.

Payment Security Policy
We do not store any credit card or banking information submitted through our website.
All card transactions are handled through third-party payment gateways that are legally licensed to operate in Vietnam. Therefore, all card payment security standards strictly follow the regulations of these payment partners.
